We have been watching in Texas for that 11-year-old girl she was last seen Thursday morning Audrey Cunningham was On her way to catch the school bus in Livingston a small town Northeast of Houston a Hello Kitty backpack that Likely belongs to her has been found Near a reservoir one of her neighbors is Now in custody as a person of interest He does have a criminal history Chief Correspondent Jonathan Hunt is on this For us what do we know about Audrey's Last known movements now Jonathan well What we know for certain is this Sandra 11-year-old Audrey Cunningham left her Home just before 7 a.m. Thursday heading For her school bus stop which is a short Distance away we do know she never got On that school bus she never made it to School and she has not been seen since With the search for her becoming more Desperate by the Hour I would just like to get the word Out that um we would we would like to Have her come home home um it's not like Her to you know just uh run off or Disappear she has a lot of Loving Family She has so many people that love her and Adore her um she is a very well taken Care of child Uh and we just we miss her we we don't Understand Audrey's home and the bus Stop are close to Lake Livingston just About an hour or so north of Houston and

A Hello Kitty backpack believed to Belong to the 11-year-old was found Along that Lake Shore A 42-year-old man Don Steven McDougal was arrested Friday On an unrelated charge of aggravated Assault now police say McDougall lives In a camper behind the home where Audrey Lives with her father they say McDougall Has admitted leaving the property last Thursday with Audrey to take her to the Bus stop something he's done apparently Several times in in the past according To police but police say McDougall has Not been fully Cooperative in telling Them what happened Next I am not giving up hope that we'd Be able to bring Audrey home so yes I am Hoping that she yet is still alive and We're going to work just as hard to make Sure that we do everything that we can To try to bring her home Dawn Steven McDougall remains a person of interest According to police not formly a suspect At this stage even though they appear to Believe he is the last person to have Seen Audrey before she disappeared They're asking for patience Sandra as They investigate but time clearly not on Audrey's side Sandra the country is Praying um for that little girl and we Will continue to follow that story and We've got the tip line on the screen uh If you see anything or saw anything uh They are asking that you please do call
