Isn't it true that you stopped Monitoring monitoring them within 30 Days Uh not within 30 days but it is true That it uh just based on current funding Levels and the the extensive amount of Time that it takes an individual to sort Of have their case adjudicated before Eeyore it is impossible to hold someone Or keep someone enrolled in the ATD Program for the entire uh period of Their uh removal proceeding so
